An Iranian Agent, a Terrorist Practising Taqiyya or just a Lunatic?

I speak to ex-Muslim Momus Najmi about the perpetrator of the horrific German Christmas Market attack

Oh how they have jumped immediately on underlining the fact that Taleb al-Abdulmohsen was an apostate who had expressed support for the AfD. The German authorities and the legacy media, that is. The narrative could not be more convenient. Look at his social media posts! Look at his asylum claim!

According to them, this was a former Saudi Doctor who had campaigned hard for ex-Muslims and helped many, especially women and girls, escape the Gulf to find sanctuary in the West. Others however suggest this help was quite the opposite. Either people trafficking, or, worse still, trying to catch out female apostates in order to report or persecute them.

But why, then, drive a car into a Christmas market if one is an Ex-Muslim, when it is arguably the hallmark of terror attacks across Europe for over a decade? Was this a form of reverse psychology by the supposedly trained psychiatrist to sow discord and help Alternative für Deutschland prosper in the national elections in the New Year? A clever ploy that neatly fits into the narrative he had supposedly told authorities for years?

Well, according to some who had encountered him in recent years, including ex-Muslims, and resurfaced historic posts on X (it’s important to stress all unverified) there is now considerable doubt as to the veracity of his claim to have left the religion at all.

According to some commentators, were he a Shia Muslim who had left predominantly Sunni Saudi, it could well be the case that he was deploying taqiyya - the practise of actively concealing one’s true religious leanings - in order to claim asylum and disguise himself within society, when in fact he could be an extremist with deadly intentions towards his host country.

Speculation that video of his arrest appears to show him repeating Allahu Akbar is circulating online, alongside supposed examples of recent communications that betray a murderous ambition towards Germany while others seem to show him perhaps not as sincere as he purported to be when it came to apostasy, including reports that he showed a specific interest and hostility towards ex Muslim Saudi women that he was purportedly trying to help ‘flee’ the Gulf, with suspicions that he could have been covertly helping the Saudi state target and identify women seeking to leave Islam by offering this ‘help’ with asylum.

Either way, what are the chances of the public ever knowing the full truth (even if he does choose to tell the police)?

Much like when buildings were set on fire in Essen a month ago, when a van was driven into shopfronts and the driver jumped out with a machete and what appeared to be a Palestinian flag, we were constantly told by German police that this was just a domestic incident. They have been very quick again to seemingly rule out Islamic terrorism, despite everything about the incident appearing to be a paradigm Islamist attack.

It all rather reminds me of Southport.

Perhaps the authorities are fully cognisant of just how many terrorists now live amongst us in Europe, with at least 40,000 Muslim extremists on the terror watchlist in the UK alone, and in order to stifle public panic and prevent retribution, continue to desperately and clumsily hide the truth.

One thing is for sure. This will not be the last time a man of Muslim origin takes the lives of innocent Europeans. My fear is we are about to enter a whole new perilous era of mass terror attacks across The West. The big question is what are authorities prepared to do to prevent another horrific tragedy unfold yet again?

I do this research so you can get closer to the truth - but it does take time and resources. Perhaps this Christmas you could support me by signing up for a paid subscription - for less than the price of a pint per month?! Let’s make 2025 the year for truth!
