Very well put Alex, I am so sad today, for a man I didn’t know but loved without realising it, an inspiration for so many of us, a huge loss for the right side of the debate, I’m gutted, please keep up you're own amazing work.

Regards

Russ Smith

Charlie was always polite and respectful and it was a genuine shock when I heard the news yesterday, hoping he wouldn't die. Alwsys listened to his debates on YouTube. A sad loss

Poignantly worded Alex.

Watching the left wing media trying to spin the coverage of his murder says a lot about where the true problems lay🧐

It's a deliberate and typically left wing process of stochastic terrorism where you keep on demonising your opponents as evil, Hitler, Nazi's and so on, that somebody should 'take care of them,' until in the end someone does. What is especially evil about this is that there's no clear trail of incitement from the person killed to the person who wished him dead. Charlie's real killer is in fact an ideology that has possessed left wing minds to the point of madness. It's for this reason that Councillor Ricky Jones should have been prosecuted for stochastic terrorism, 'slitting the throat of the far right,' etc.

Some of the comments and emoji reactions I am seeing on various platforms are truly disgusting. I struggle to believe how brainwashed some on the Left are....they are wilfully misquoting him or, at the very least, unable to comprehend what he actually said.

I have also seen comments on Reddit and Twitch that pre-date what happened yesterday but are gloating about something 'big' happening to him at Utah so it was planned and people knew but then we have MSNBC blaming a random supporter of his for this - Western people don't tend to discharge firearms as a show of support because we are sensible enough to know that is dangerous.

The truth is that his support was growing and he was being touted as a possible future president so those who saw him as a threat decided to remove him.

A young man’s life gone in the blink of an eye, and for what, because he spoke the truth. His wife and children’s lives changed forever by this reprehensible act of hatred. Rest in Peace Charlie a good man.

Well said Alex. I'm still struggling to comprehend this awful assassination of a young, highly intelligent and committed Christian family man. I've listened to Charlie on social media for a very long time and always admired his courage of conviction and peaceful and dignified debates. I will miss him terribly as we all will.

RIP Charlie Kirk

Best way to honour Charlie is to not be cowed, to continue speaking up even if it comes with risks. When enough of us do it, we will win.

Thankyou Alex, you have summed up this dreadful situation perfectly. I often watched Charlie on YouTube and TikTok, and as you say, he had an incredibly sharp mind and was always able to articulate his views perfectly clearly, whilst at the same time being polite and respectful to those of a different viewpoint. The deep polarisation of politics both here and in the US was a ticking time bomb; it was sadly inevitable that sooner or later some deranged individual would do something like this, or try to assassinate Trump as we saw during the election. Social media has a lot to answer for, I think- people get sucked into an online echo chamber where there can be only one perspective that is acceptable, and anyone who disagrees deserves nothing but blind hatred. I would like to think such people might learn from this tragedy, but seeing some of the sickeningly gleeful reactions to this morning’s news, I fear that is a vain hope. RIP Charlie and thank you.
